Return Exchange Policy :

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition and packaging with tags attached.
• The product must not have any perfume scent, makeup stains, or damages.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Custom-made or altered dresses.
• Sale or discounted items.
• Items returned after 3 days from delivery.

Exchange Policy

• We allow size exchanges if the required size is in stock.
• Exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• If the desired size is unavailable, you may choose a different product or store credit.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@fostanione.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will guide you through the return process and share the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the refund or exchange status.

Refunds

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
